Returns

We understand that sometimes your purchase may not be exactly what you expected.

You may return any item within 14 days from the date of delivery, including discounted products.

To be accepted, items must be:

  • Unused
  • In perfect condition
  • In original packaging
  • With all original tags attached

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions. Any delivery issues must be reported within 14 calendar days of receipt.

Returns sent after the 14-day period will be refused and returned to the sender. Return shipping costs and risks are the customer's responsibility.
